STEP1

About Reservations

Reservations can be made using the form on this website or by phone at (+81)980797567.

Please let us know your desired date and time of use, and we will confirm the availability of the car and guide you through the process.

STEP2

On the day of use

We provide free transportation between Miyako Airport and our sales office.

Please let us know your desired pick-up time in advance or call us from the airport and we will pick you up immediately.

It takes about 5 minutes from the airport to our office.

STEP3

Reception and payment

We will explain the contract documents to you at our sales office and ask you to make payment upon your acceptance.

Payment can be made in cash or by credit card.

Customers who have paid in advance can depart immediately upon arrival at the sales office.

STEP4

Departure - Return

PIT RENT A CAR Miyako Airport Branch is located right behind the JTA Dome in front of the airport, so you can leave immediately upon arrival and return the car to the airport immediately afterwards.

If you are planning to take a flight immediately after returning the rental car, please return it at least one hour before the departure of your reserved flight.

If you return the rental car less than one hour before the flight departure, you may miss your flight.

Please return the rental car to the same office where you left it.

Please return the car with a full tank of fuel. If you do not return the car with a full tank of fuel, you will be charged at our set rate.

We will check the condition of the vehicle at the time of return.

After returning the vehicle, we will send it back to you at Miyako Airport free of charge if you wish.

What do I need to reserve and use a rental car?

A driver's license to drive in Japan requires any of the following 1 to 4

1. Driver's license issued by the Public Safety Commission in Japan
2. International driver's license based on the Geneva Convention (1949)
3. Foreign Driver's License
4. Driver's license based on the Status of Forces Agreement between Japan and the U.S.

If you do not have your original driver's license, we will not be able to lend it to you.

Reservations can be made 90 days in advance counting backward from the desired return date.

Is it possible to make a reservation for tomorrow?

It depends on the availability of cars, but if we can determine that the car is available, we can make a reservation for the same day.

What is the minimum time required to use the service?
A
As a general rule, PIT RENT A CAR is available for a minimum of half a day (6 hours).
Rates are calculated in 3-hour increments.
